Shipping Policy

Shipping Provider: All products ship via USPS, including Ground Advantage (7 business days) and Priority Mail (3-5 business days).
Shipping Calculation: Real-time shipping rates automatically calculated during checkout based on product weight and destination zip code via USPS integration.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 business days.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed by 5:00 PM CST are processed the same business day.
Shipping Origin: All orders ship from our facility at 9777 W Gulf Road, Suite 1500, Houston, TX 77040.

Backup Shipping Settings: If real-time shipping calculations are not available, a flat backup rate of $400 for a maximum weight of 550 lbs is applied.

Returns Policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging. Opened, used, or slightly used items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges: Van Sharks does not accept exchanges.
Return Method: Items can be returned either by mail or in-store drop-off.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping expenses.
Restocking Fees: Van Sharks does not charge restocking fees.

Refund Policy

Refund Issuance: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
